My scores were: Extraverted - 56, Sensing - 38, Feeling - 38, and Judging - 30. As i was reading what an extraverted, sensing, feeling, and judging person is like, i found alot of similiarities to myself. I like being around people, and I do enjoy being incharge and taking care of other's.
This can be helpful for the group in that I care alot about other people's concerns and enjoy caring for others. I also like working as a team. However, I can get hurt by other's criticism, and may need to back off when other's are leading.

Its awesome that you found your personality traits...YAY?!
I can't remember what my traits are on the Myers-Briggs...but I hear that my "type" often forgets this kind of stuff, HA! That all being said, I think you and I are so alike in personality and temperment. We are both off the wall "E"s. ESFJ really describes you. The trick is always finding good ways to affirm others in their gifting and personality types. So often you do that well.
